How to Place An Order

For next day dispatch, order cut off is 1pm Monday - Thursday.  On Fridays the cut off is 12noon for a Monday delivery.

Orders placed before 2pm are eligible for free next day pick up.

Please select ‘Pick Up’ at checkout. Once the order is placed Appreciate You Gifting Co. will contact you via email to arrange a pick up time and provide you with the address (suburb East Lindfield, NSW 2070).

Bulk Orders

For orders going to multiple addresses, please email all necessary information to appreciateyougifts@gmail.com. Freight on bulk orders will be calculated after your order has been placed so the recipients get it on time and we navigate cost for you efficiently.

Depending on the time of year, bulk orders can take extra time to fulfil so please plan ahead.  Please note some terms & conditions apply, and some gifts within our range may not be available for bulk orders.

Please ring or email Shalva if you prefer to discuss any specific details or requirements.  We will do our best to accommodate any special requests, please do not hesitate to ask.

During December, delivery times may take longer than usual.

Delivery Costs

Standard Delivery - $14.95

Normal Delivery estimates (please allow longer at peak times):

NSW, ACT 2 - 4 days

QLD, VIC, SA metro: 3 - 5 business days

TAS metro: 3 - 5 business days

WA, NT metro: 3 - 9 business days

All regional areas: add 1 - 2 business days to metro estimates (deliveries may be made to the closest post office for some regional locations)

Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Requests for delivery on specific days cannot be guaranteed, however, we aim to do our best to deliver on the date you have requested.

Please be careful when entering your details as mistakes can result in delays in delivery.

For deliveries to business addresses please include the business name with your order. If Appreciate You Gifting Co. is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details or if a patient has been discharged from the hospital, these will be passed onto you. It is your responsibility to inform Appreciate You Gifting Co. immediately if an order has not arrived. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at appreciateyougifts@gmail.com

Any delays in delivery are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.

Premium Express Delivery - $34.95

Available for metro areas and most regional locations (please allow up to 2 business days for delivery during normal periods, longer if at peak times).

Not available to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.

Delivery Information

We use reliable Freight and Postal companies who try their best to deliver within the timeframes specified, however, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. For non-metro or remote areas, always allow an extra day or so.

There are no deliveries made on weekends or public holidays. However, if you have a special request and would like a package delivered over the weekend you will need to ring Shalva at 0468 935 900.

Please order early and always allow extra delivery time at peak times such as Christmas.

Packaging

Appreciate You Gifting Co. uses the highest quality gift boxes and baskets. All gifts are tied with a beautiful ribbon and a hand written card with your note on it. Every gift is carefully hand packaged here in Sydney to ensure they arrive at the destination in the same condition they left.

Refunds & Returns Policy
